Responsibilities
Leading the Agile way of thinking in the company through embracing and fostering agility and reflecting on the way of working
Being a member of a highly motivated team and play an active role in developing a growing Agile organization
Building Agile capabilities in different parts of the company where Agile practices are not yet fully adopted or understood
Clearly pointing out organizational impediments and foster respective improvements involving all levels of management
Coaching Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Teams in their roles.
Supporting the continuous improvement of Agile practices within Allianz, e.g. through sharing of good practices internally and externally
Requirements
Having at least 5 years relevant experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master, including working on agile transformation projects
Having deep knowledge and experience in change management, and different Agile and Lean approaches such as Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, etc.
University degree or equivalent experience
Fluent in written and spoken English
Having a critical thinking approach generated by observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, and communication
Having strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, communication, facilitation, conflict management. and team building
Enjoying working in an intercultural and a multi-national environment
Benefits
Salary range: Up to 120,000THB
