Responsibilities
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Vietnam market.
Source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media, etc, inc preparing recruitment materials.
Conduct and coordinate interview process using various reliable selection methods to filter candidates.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to company management.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Manages the day-to-day HR operations in HCMC office, including performance reviews.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Communication, HR Management, etc.
Minimum 3 year experience in R&D talent Recruitment, preferably with a headhunting background.
GPA must be 3.3+, University entrance examination score must be 21+ (out of 30).
Fluent in English, can work with a cross-cultural team across the world.
Able to work under pressure in fast pace start-up environment.
Adaptable and resourceful, can recruit across variety of positions, especially position for overseas placement, IT, technology, e-commerce
Passionate about gaming, prior experience in technology industry preferred.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Based in Ho Chi Minh City office.
