Junior / Middle / Senior
Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade, and support of ICT infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, PCs, operating systems, and associated hardware and software.
Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service.
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
Basic / good server experiences like AD administration & basic networking experiences
Preferably with office 365 & Sharepoint troubleshooting experiences
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in infrastructure support is required for this position.
Preferably experience working in a System Integrator environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Good English coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent customer management skills
Salary range: Up to 2500$ gross
