Responsibilities
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Oversee the wireframe design, provide a suggestion that fits business needs with optimal technical consideration and effort
Responsible for the smooth development and implementation of robust and integrated front end applications
Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Responsible for overseeing the testing and documentation to ensure quality and traceability of application delivery Ensure that system security is a top priority and implemented by design in all systems and applications
Develop the application that complies with the services level for a system solution
Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in PHP
Have experience in Leadership
Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
Excellent analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Experience in building user interfaces from wireframes and designs and being able to deploy applications in a cross-browser environment.
Solid knowledge in responsive design and understanding of browser compatibility and screen limitations
Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
Experience with use of source control, build tool and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins
Demonstrated commitment to quality, including testing and validation for e-commerce
Expert attention to detail
Systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods
Good English communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with staff and end users of all levels
Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (demandware) is a plus
