Communicate and discuss in English with customers in the collection of operations, progress reporting, and presentation tools.
Ready to support team and customer at our business working hours when there is a request.
Coaching using tools for growing up member skills including contact center members and leader.
Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of tools be written.
Research new technology to handle new requirements in tools from customers.
Report to Leader and Line Manager

Graduated from College or University, major in IT
1~3 years of experience as Team Leader, team size ~ 5 members.
Fluently communication in English or Japanese
Have good technical skill in Database especially Postgres and Oracle
Have good technical skill in VBA Programming, making macro on Excel
Have good technical skill in Java Programming, MyBatis, NodeJS, Jenkins Groovy
Good working attitude
Good communication skill
Conduct request/process in the customers’ instruction guidebook exactly
Salary range: Up to VND 27,000,000 gross
Besides NET salary, the employee will get the bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.
100% Net salary during probation contract.
Salary increment: 1 time per year.
Work off on Saturday and Sunday by weekly, public holidays according to Vietnam labor Law
Take annual leave 16 days per year.
