Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients building and maintaining e-commerce shops on Shopify
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure clients' online stores are functioning properly
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions
Help clients optimize their online stores to improve sales and revenue, including providing guidance on user experience, product listings, and traffic optimization
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the timely and effective resolution of client issues
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system
Continuously develop knowledge of the Shopify platform and related e-commerce technologies to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support role, preferably in an IT outsourcing or e-commerce context
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with the Shopify platform and related e-commerce technologies preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to provide solutions to complex issues
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required
