Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients building and maintaining e-commerce shops on Shopify

  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure clients' online stores are functioning properly

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide solutions

  • Help clients optimize their online stores to improve sales and revenue, including providing guidance on user experience, product listings, and traffic optimization

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the timely and effective resolution of client issues

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and issue resolution in our CRM system

  • Continuously develop knowledge of the Shopify platform and related e-commerce  technologies to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or technical support role, preferably in an IT outsourcing or e-commerce context

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Familiarity with the Shopify platform and related e-commerce technologies preferred

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to provide solutions to complex issues

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred, but not required
