Responsibilities
Demand Generation/Digital Acquisition: Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound influenced revenue
Leadership, Strategy, and Project Management: Work directly within the tools (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube etc) to build out ad campaigns including ad targeting, budgets, remarketing approaches and more
Work collaboratively with your colleagues for ad targeting, ad copy, the creation of assets and more
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance and report on results, including campaign results, data insights and spend/targeting recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings
Revenue Accountability: Be accountable to revenue results
SEO: Accountable for search engine optimisation performance. Ensure we adhere to best practices from an on-page, off-page and technical SEO point of view.
In collaboration with colleagues, manage the lead nurturing strategy
Content distribution and syndication: Identify new channels where we can reach our target audience and build demand
Conversion rate optimization: You are used to experimenting with colours, layouts, word lengths and more to get people to convert
In collaboration with colleagues, suggest content to help us succeed with our digital campaigns
Manage ABM strategy from a demand perspective
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field (communications, marketing, business) or equivalent work experience
5-7 years' experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, including leveraging digital channels to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and revenue
A strong analytical background, with experience synthesizing data and analyzing it to test hypothesis or make decisions
Humbleness – you are collaborative, admit you are not always right and are a valued partner to our marketing team and Inspectorio as a whole
Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate and excel at strategic as well as tactical levels. As this is a hands-on role with no direct reports (right now), there must be a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. Can clearly articulate ideas, frame problems, present findings and offer solutions
Ability to develop and optimize marketing strategies across key channels: SEO/SEM, Paid social, email, owned web media, and third-party
