We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our company in the Vietnamese market. This role will encompass tasks such as company establishment, recruitment, daily operations, and financial management. 

• Designing and deploying server infrastructure across various cloud environments, including AWS, GCP, Azure, and IaaS platforms like SAKURA Cloud.

• Assist in Company Establishment: Assist in establishing the company in Vietnam, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

• Team Recruitment and Management: Manage the recruitment, training, and supervision of the team, ensuring synergy and efficient operation.

• Daily Operations: Oversee and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring coordination across departments to achieve company goals.

• Financial Reports and Salary Management: Develop and maintain financial reports, manage the company's salary system, and handle related financial transactions.

• Legal Affairs: Handle legal affairs, ensuring the company operates in compliance with regulations and promptly addressing legal issues.

• Market Development: Develop and execute market entry strategies, ensuring sustainable growth in the Vietnamese market.

• Marketing and Brand Building: Develop marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and brand value in the Vietnamese market.
