  • Directly work with customer to analyze and clear requirements;

  • Be personally responsible that the own produced software follows applicable rules and guidelines that are stated for the organization and actively counteract deviations from these, both own and other deviations;

  • Be personally responsible for that the quality of the own produced software are as high as possible within project constraints;

  • Actively search for advice from co-workers when being uncertain of technical solutions;

  • Actively share knowledge with co-workers;

  • Be flexible and seek knowledge in competence areas outside own main focus;

  • Be responsible to develop own knowledge of current working environment;

  • Actively work to propose improvements;

  • Aim at finding the root cause of erroneous behavior in the software, and as far as possible remove the root cause (not the symptom);

  • Be enough broad-minded to always consider the reuse of already implemented software in our products;

  • Has the authority and responsibility for decisions regarding programming and design issues within a product/component area.


  • Fluent in spoken and written English to work directly with the customer;

  • At least 3 years experience working at the same position;

  • Excellent knowledge in front-end development using JavaScript Frameworks such as ReactJS or Angular;

  • Good knowledge in backend services development, especially using C#, .NET Framework, or GoLang;

  • Good understanding of API architectures or messaging protocols such as REST, gRPC, MQTT, Google Cloud Messaging, and GraphQL;

  • Excellent knowledge in the software development tools used at the unit including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git;

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.

Salary range: Up to 2500$ gross

  • Total income: 14 months salary/year + project bonus, Tet and holidays bonus…;

  • Salary review twice per year depending on performance and work efficiency;

  • Total 15 days off: 12 days of annual leave per year, 1 day off with full salary in birthday month and 2 days off for company trip;

  • Bonus 500,000 VND on employee's birthday;

  • Welfare package on holidays (30/4-1/5, 2/9, New year);

  • Saturday and Sunday leaves according to current laws;
