1. Possess prerequisite as Delivery Manager

• Growth Mindset to lead the whole team Kaizen activities like A3 & VSM conducting

• The skill of Data-driven approach by obtaining reliable data for managing effectively

2. Business management & development of own team

• Define team vision and objective according to company strategy, with the Head of the Agile Delivery Team

• Propose annual team business plan & strategy

• Propose team structure and role to achieve the business

• Conduct, track and review the team business plan

3. Customers and stakeholders' communication

• Continuous communication with customers, and stakeholders to build mutual trust

• Learn and understand customer’s business & technical strategy well

• Negotiate the next phase of contract & resource planning (work, price)

• Efforts to expand own team’s business and get more new projects

4. In-company communication

• Coach and support your members via daily communication

• Report your team matters to Chief Delivery Officer or another upper management case by case

• Communication and coordination with other teams in the company

5. Support Project Management

• Handle critical issues like incidents if happened

• Project resources arrangement and optimization

• Monthly project resource tracking and update statement of work if any.

6. People & Team management

• Monitor team motivation, mood and encourage teamwork with each SMs

• Build up a “your” team culture and better working environment for your members

• Develop team education plan and people development plan with HR

• Recruitment activities with HR
