Responsibilities
Develop new system management solutions and automation tools, supporting service operations, maintaining the existing toolset, supporting the automation in the production environment, and leading a team of developers.
Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices, and habits.
Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software solution architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems.
Requirements
Technical skills:
Fluency in C# and .NET Core framework. Familiar with front-end frameworks such as VueJs, ReactJs, and AngularJs (VueJs is our primary FE language)
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and the latest version of ECMAScript.
Able to write Unit Tests using MSTest.
Experience working with cloud services, in particular Azure cloud.
Working experience with Git.
Experience in developing RESTful API.
Experience with working with RDBMS such as SQL Server or MySQL.
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices is a bonus
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in software development both front-end and back-end.
Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools
Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Strong written and spoken capability in English is a must
Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
Benefits
Salary range: Middle: USD 2,000 – 2,500 gross
Senior: Up to USD 3,000 gross
Lead: Up to USD 4,000 gross
