Responsibilities
You will be responsible for various aspects of system development and web marketing in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities include:
Identify requirements, design architecture, develop, review code, test, and launch new projects from zero.
Proper database design takes into account functional and non-functional requirements.
Write clean and maintainable code.
Monitor product performance and handle system errors.
Training, support, and motivating team members.
Research and develop new technology related to the project.
Requirements
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 3 years of Web service development, and must have experience in team leadership/management.
At least 2 years of experience in Rails
Experience with popular frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Django.
Experience throughout the full project development lifecycle from zero.
Experience using AWS (EC2, Lambda, APIGateWay, AWS Cognito, AWS Cloudfront, S3, Amplify, ECS, etc.)
Previous experience with Docker for development and deployment.
Proficiency in Git for version control.
Having project management skills.
Good at communication in English or Japanese (N2 preferred)

Working experience with Python
Knowledge of HTTP API / Rest API and the difference regardless of language.
Ability to develop functions that meet system requirements by considering vulnerabilities in authentication (Cookie, Session, JWT), etc.
Understands SAML, SSO, etc., and can support system expansion.
Knowledge of Reactjs or Vuejs.
