Responsibilities

Design and enhance cutting edge services in NodeJS/Firebase and setting a high standard for availability, scalability, latency, and efficiency of Ethlas Web Platform.
Build and deploy performant modern web applications in React (Next.js), Redux, Webpack, ES6
Participate in code and design reviews to maintain our high development standards
Collaborate with product and experience teams to define and prototype feature specifications
Work closely with infrastructure team in building and scaling back-end services as well as performing root cause analysis investigations
Maintain code integrity and organisation.
Understand the implementation of security and data protection.
Substantial experience in test-driven development for web development frameworks.
Understand how to use and maintain code versioning tools such as Git.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience developing web applications in client-side frameworks such as React (Next.js), Redux, Firebase
Working experience with agile, analytics, A/B testing, Git
Excellent HTML/CSS skills – you understand not only how to build the data, but how to make it look great too
At least 3 years’ experience developing performance-critical applications that run in a production environment using one of the backend languages/frameworks such as .NET, .NET Core, Java, Scala, NodeJS, Go or Python
Excellent understanding of object-oriented JavaScript, TypeScript
You love new technologies and approaches and want to use the best tools available. We want people who can help us continually evolve our stack
Great communication and coordination skills
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
You have a good command of English
You have passion for Blockchain technology, Web3 and decentralisation.
