Perform business and technical discovery, design solutions, build customized presentations and demos, and execute custom Proof of Concept assignments using the SaaS Platform to meet business requirements of and provide value to prospects, customers, and industry partners.
Present solutions to various stakeholders of prospective customers including IT, technical users, business users, and ‘C’ level executives.
Build and deliver solutions to aid the sales, RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender processes.
Identify, qualify and document clients’ business and functional requirements to effectively present the Inspectorio solutions as well as identify solution gaps and communicate them back to product management.
Connect business and technical solutions to return on investment (ROI) of the SaaS Platform so prospective customers can derive value propositions from the proposed solutions.
Prepare business cases, solution briefs, and presentations for solutions walkthroughs and sales pitches.
Work with sales and industry marketing to develop and implement strategic industry programs.
Support the Account Managers and Customer Success Managers as they onboard new customers after a successful sales process.
As an team member, own, document, follow, and improve practices and policies of the SaaS Solutions Consulting team, Sales team, and Revenue Department.
As a domain expert, be aware of industry trends, business drivers, and regulatory initiatives; understand the competitive offerings and their differentiators in the market.
Be a strategic and dynamic member of Inspectorio to help drive overall company growth.
At least a Bachelor degree-professional or equivalent practical experience
2+ years of client-facing experience
1+ years experience in a Solutions Consulting / Pre-Sales role in a SaaS environment
Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record in exceeding goals
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (web & in-person) required
Experience in establishing and growing senior-level relationships (Directors, VP, SVP, etc.)
Demonstrable understanding and appetite for digital technology including: API Integration
HTML / Web Design
Confident MS Excel user
Comfortable to own and manage monthly & quarterly objectives and quotas
Ability to work from home independently and collaboratively
Experience in working alongside product teams and staying abreast of product developments, competitor activities and market developments
Ability to quickly establish key facts, requirements to evaluate and propose solutions to business problems or processes
Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements
Significant travel experience
Experience using tools such as Hubspot, Totango, Salesforce or similar tools
Track record in working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors
Strong industry knowledge with an ability to demonstrate previous experience in solution designing role preferably within the supply chain industry and or, alternatively, experience within the brand retailer supplier or warehouse operation domains
Personal management style that is collaborative in nature, pragmatic, and open/flexible to a rapidly changing environment
Good commercial decision-making skills
Confident client service approach with a ‘can do - will do’ attitude
