STS023 - BUSINESS ANALYST
Ensures the drafting of functional requirements
Based on customer needs, regulatory or technological developments, you write the functional specifications necessary for the evolution of products.
Provide domain expertise to help define a viable business solution
You ensure the explanations and the transfer of knowledge to the development teams and various stakeholder in order to contribute to the production of reliable developments that comply with the expressed needs.
Guarantees the validity of the developments carried out, in accordance with the functional specifications provided
You work closely with Testing Team to develop the test strategy in line with the delivery schedule provided. You develop the system to follow the acceptance criteria for each test level (unit / integration / validation or acceptance) based on the detailed functional specifications.
You report anomalies to the development teams. You manage the indicators to ensure that schedules are respected and alert you in the event of any deviations.
Ensures the production of functional product documentation
You guarantee the production of the necessary product documentation for employees and its customers: functional, technical, management process, operating procedures, user guides, etc.
You assist and contribute to the writing of associated training materials. You may need to carry out training on the products in your scope.
Contributes to the sale of products
You contribute to the pre-sales missions of the product to customers and prospects. In collaboration with the sales teams, you define the components of the proof of concept to develop, detail the appropriate dataset. You validate the "POC" developed and ensure the demonstration to prospects and customers.
Provides technical and functional support
You provide assistance to your internal and external customers in solving functional problems. Once the problem has been resolved, you ensure that the information is disseminated to all the actors likely to be affected.
You ensure the implementation of the means of knowledge transfer necessary for the dissemination of your knowledge.
Bachelor’s Degree in computer Science or equivalent studies/ experiences
Minimum 8 years of relevant Business Analysis experience related to Payment / Finance Industries (policies, products and industries practices, …)
Good understanding and experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge in Agile development methodology is a plus.
Proven results-oriented person with main focus on delivery
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to manage functional and technical stakeholders across multiple business units
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Salary range: 3-5 years: 6500$ gross
5-8 years: 7000$ gross
