Responsibilities

  • Creating, communicating, and implementing the overall organizational strategy

  • Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization

  • Overseeing the complete operation, Human Resources, Marketing, and sales activities of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans

  • Conduct market surveys and research for essential feedback and implement marketing plans and strategy

  • Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goals

  • Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits

  • Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company

  • Built alliances and partnerships with other organizations

  • Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy

  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations

  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets

  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating

  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective

  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed

  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finance to the CEO

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a related position with proven experience as a Regional Manager or in other managerial position

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA

  • Understand P&L and know how to manage cost-effectively

  • Good in social media advertisement

  • Strong network in Media & Government

  • Having a Nutrition background

  • Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing the vision

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles

  • In-Depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices

  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent English communication and public speaking skills

  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make a wise decision

  • Able to inspire confidence and create trust
