Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager (AIoT Solution) to drive business growth through strategic partner networks and channel development.


In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with distributors, system integrators, and channel partners, while driving sales of the company’s AIoT solutions across key markets. You will collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop go-to-market strategies and deliver impactful AIoT solutions to customers.


This position requires strong partner management, solution-selling capabilities, and a good understanding of technology-driven sales environments.


Channel Development & Partner Management:

  • Develop, recruit, and manage channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to expand the company’s partner ecosystem.

  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to support business expansion across targeted markets.

  • Drive partner enablement through training, product knowledge sharing, and joint sales activities.

  • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company sales targets and strategies.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive revenue growth through partner-led sales opportunities and channel initiatives.

  • Work with partners to identify and develop new business opportunities within smart buildings, AIoT, and digital transformation sectors.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal development, and deal closure.

  • Support partners in customer meetings, solution presentations, and technical discussions when required.

  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.

  • Develop strategic relationships to expand the partner ecosystem.

Solution & Product Positioning:

  • Develop strong knowledge of the company’s AIoT solutions, including facial recognition, smart workspace solutions, visitor management, and data center automation.

  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design and position suitable solutions for partners and customers.

  • Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the AIoT industries.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally with exposure to channel sales, partner management, or solution-based selling.

    • Prior experience in physical security, data center, or IT-related environments is required.

    • Strong experience working with distributors, system integrators, or channel partners.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and effectively managing partner relationships.

  • Technical Understanding: Experience in AIoT, smart building technologies, automation, or enterprise solutions is a must.

  • Communication Skills:

    • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable preparing and delivering sales and marketing presentations.

  • Digital Tools: Familiarity with sales tools such as LinkedIn, Canva, Meta platforms, CRM systems, and Google Analytics, ability to effectively utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency.

  • A strong network with system integrators, distributors, and industry partners is an advantage.

Benefits

Working location: Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City

Salary range: Up to USD 1,200 gross (+ Commission)
