We are looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer to join our small team and help us become an AI-driven company powered by smart automation.

This is not a CTO role, and it is not a quiet coding-only role. We are looking for someone who wants to solve business problems with technology. You will work directly with the Co-Founder, support our operations team, improve our existing systems, fix bugs, build new internal tools, and proactively suggest ways to improve customer experience and automate workflows.

Our ops team supports customers, partners, redemptions, and bookings. Your role is to support the ops team with better tools, smoother systems, and smart automation.

• Own the bug queue across our existing tech stack

• Debug and fix issues in our API, Admin Portal, Redeem Portal, booking platform, and Wix website

• Work with our external development agency when needed, while gradually taking more ownership in-house

• Improve automations in n8n

• Build new automations using APIs, AI tools, no-code tools, and custom code

• Improve Wix website features, custom-coded elements, ecommerce UX, tracking, and customer-facing flows

• Improve the AI-assisted workflows and agents we use internally

• Meet regularly with the ops team to understand pain points and spot automation opportunities

• Suggest and build internal tools that save time, reduce manual work, and improve customer experience

• Help us move faster without adding unnecessary complexity or expensive SaaS tools

• Own new projects from problem discovery to launch
