Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues, automate tests, and help maintain a smooth release cycle.

Build, set up, and execute manual and automated test cases based on the feature/requirement list (RFP, Technical Specification, FPL, Correction List…).
Build related documents: test report, test procedure, technical guideline…
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements, find solutions, and improve test coverage.
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Maintain test plans, test scripts, and documentation.
Continuously identify areas for test improvement and automation.
Ensure product quality in a CI/CD environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred candidate from: HUST, PTIT, National University, MTA…).
Knowledge about networking protocols: Layer 2 (MAC, VLAN), ARP, Layer 3 (Routing), IPv4/IPv6, DHCP, PPPoE, CWMP… (preferred candidate who has certificates such as: CCNA, CCNP…).
Experience: 6-9 years working in network or telecommunication an Automation QA role
Deep knowledge about networking protocols (as in a common requirement).
Deep understanding of software development and testing concepts.
Experience in bug tracking systems: JIRA, IBIZA…
Familiar with test tools: Wireshark, iperf, N2X…
Familiar with OLT devices from Huawei, DASAN, Nokia, ZTE…
Familiar with programming or scripting language: Python/Java/JavaScript/VBS…
English: communication, reading, and writing skills.

Automation:

Experience with automation tools & systems: Test Rail, Robot Framework, or any automation frameworks.
Experience in operating, maintenance, and building automation testing systems.
Understanding of PON technology, OMCI model.
