Responsibilities
Work directly with Japanese clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements.
Act as the main communication bridge between the Japanese client and the Vietnam development team, managing all project-related Q&A.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage project progress, deadlines, and ensure the final product meets the client's expectations.

Requirements
Having at least 2 years of experience in software development (web application or E-commerce is preferable).
Experience in EC-CUBE is a big plus.
More than 2 years of BrSE.
More than N2 JLPT (excellent communication skills, good logical thinking skills).
Experience in team management with clear communication, WBS, and KPI tracking.
Have experience working with the Japanese in Vietnam.
Experience in deploying applications on STG and PRD environments.
Experience in applying AI to improve performance.

Good understanding of software development processes such as Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
Analytical and documentation skills: Understanding code design, including basic design, use cases, and test scenarios, is preferable.
Experience in functional and non-functional requirements definition.
Experience in phpUnit & codeception.
Experience with tools: Jira, PhpStorm, Docker, Github, Bitbucket…
