Responsibilities
This is a B2B SaaS compliance platform to deliver efficient, high-quality services to clients. The platform streamlines KYC/KYB processes, entity management, and regulatory compliance workflows, turning complex, manual operations into seamless digital experiences. Our mission is to empower technology that simplifies compliance while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
Partner with Product Manager, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B workflows, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
Design and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and brand coherence across the product.
Navigate complex information architectures and multi-step workflows, creating intuitive interfaces for data-heavy compliance processes.
Collaborate with PM to drive continuous discovery through user interviews, structured ideation, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation with real users.
Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders, articulating design rationale with data, user insights, and sound logic.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with developers during implementation, and ensure design quality through production.
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work, from research and problem framing through to shipped products.
Proven B2B SaaS experience: You’re familiar with the nuances of enterprise products, including rich settings/ configurations, complex permission structure, subscription/ pricing tiers, and flows that serve different user roles and organization models.
Experience designing complex systems: Dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, multi-step forms, role-based access, project management or workflow automation tools.
Strong UX fundamentals: Information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and user research methods.
Proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with collaborative design tools (FigJam, Miro, or similar).
Exceptional attention to detail: You sweat the small stuff because you know it adds to a great user experience.
Strong design-to-development handoff skills: You can create clear specs, document interactions, and collaborate effectively with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved in implementation.
Fluent English communication (written and verbal): You can articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate with international stakeholders.
Experience in Agile environment: You know how to work iteratively and ship incrementally.
