Responsibilities
Lead the account managers to achieve sales goals that meet Samsung SDS Vietnam’s long- term growth.
Build business opportunities actively and win deals from customers.
Work with customers and internal team members to win deals and complete projects with high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or above.
12+ years in the IT Business.
6+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Experienced in Banking, Manufacturing, or Government Projects).
Understanding of AI, Cloud, MES, RPA, etc, well enough to explain to customers.
Ability to work with clients to establish a close relationship and build trust.
Strong network and relationship with BFSI, Large Enterprise.
Excellent communication skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, Facilitation, and influencing), including strong skills in active listening to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Fluent in English.
***Nice to have
Fluent in Korean.
Experience working in a Foreign Investment company (such as IBM, AWS, Microsoft, etc).
