Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, Data Science or equivalent experience.

3+ years of relevant experience as a developer/engineer in Intelligent Automation / RPA and/or Agentic Automation

Strong development skills with either UiPath (UiADP Certification) and/or Python SQL, and NoSQL DB.

Ideally, you also have knowledge of .NET, C#, and/or Java.

You have experience with agentic automation, including exposure to agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI).

Good written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English, and preferably another European language.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Experience with Agile and process improvement methodologies.
