Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Python-based services, internal tools, and data pipelines to support platform scalability and evolving business requirements.
Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing application logs, tracing data flows, debugging Python services, and investigating SQL databases and Linux environments.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for system incidents and implement sustainable solutions to improve system stability and reliability.
Build automation tools and operational scripts to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and prevent recurring issues.
Optimize system performance, operational efficiency, and platform reliability through continuous engineering improvements.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Requirements
2.5+ years of professional experience developing Python applications in production environments.
Strong proficiency in Python and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience building backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and service-oriented architecture.
Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Comfortable working in Linux environments with shell commands for troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency concepts.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills for collaborating with global teams.

Experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).

Salary range: Middle: Up to VND 50,000,000 gross
Senior: Up to VND 70,000,000 gross
