We are building a next-generation fleet management platform that helps enterprises control, optimize, and automate fleet and logistics costs (fuel, tolls, vehicles, drivers, compliance, fraud, and ESG reporting). This is a high-ownership role: you will define and drive the product vision, work directly with customers, and shape a platform that becomes the operating system for fleet operations and cost intelligence.

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Own the product from discovery to delivery to adoption.

• Lead customer discovery with:

  • Fleet managers.

  • Operations teams.

  • Finance & procurement leaders.

• Translate business problems into clear product bets.

• Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what not to build.

• Work closely with engineering, data, sales, and operations.

• Define product success metrics (adoption, retention, cost savings).

• Drive integrations with:

  • Telematics & GPS.

  • Fuel & toll systems.

  • TMS / ERP / accounting systems.

• Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.
