Responsibilities
Design and customize reports.
Modify databases according to requests and perform tests.
Monitor the data quality of data pipelines, and provide data management support to clients.
Liaise with developers to improve applications and establish best practices.
Responsible for building and maintaining optimized and highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting.
Developing and implementing data models, data marts for the enterprise data lake/data warehouse, and an integration development process.
Building new Data Analytics solutions to provide insights for decision-making and performance improvements.
Writing effective and scalable ETL processes in building the business’s data collection systems and processing pipelines.
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate and planning, etc.
Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ Manager.
Requirements
General requirements:
At least an intermediate level of English level
Likely having 5+ years of experience, depending on how fast of your learning and develop technical capability
Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
Ability to obtain deep knowledge of the project technologies and work independently with minimum guidance
Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Technical requirements:
Strong experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Reporting services
Good knowledge of data transformation (ETL) and processing solutions, and SQL databases.
Experience with Python programming language and Reporting tools (BI, Tableau, etc)
Experience in database performance monitoring and tuning
Knowledge of data modeling and data relationship analysis for large-scale business applications
Experience in data streaming and replication of data

Familiarity working with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Good analytical and organizational skills
Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)

Salary range: Up to VND 65,000,000 gross
