Responsibilities
Designing and implementing scalable and robust systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes.
Mentor engineers and foster a performance-first culture across teams.
Defines the right processes for the team’s maturity level, balancing agility and discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
8 to 11 years of experience in software/performance engineering.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures. Experience in AWS would be a plus.
Proficiency in scripting and automation
Deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases like Postgres, Big Table/Dynamo/Cassandra, and Redis.
Experience in Elasticsearch (or any other Lucene-based search engine) would be a plus.
Experience in big data systems like Kafka, Spark, and Flink would be preferable.
Strong communication and documentation skills in addition to experience mentoring and leading technical teams.
