Managing projects from concept design through to handover to the production team, while maintaining oversight through to project completion. 

Effectively manage a variety of projects in line with budget, scope, and timelines, managing multiple projects at one time. 

Communicate with sales, partners, and delivery teams to gather project requirements, and briefs, and provide project updates, including attendance at client/supplier meetings. 

Prepare/oversee timelines, budgets, and reporting ensuring projects are on a budget, tasks are on schedule, variations are tracked, and profitability is managed. 

Brief resources; designers, developers, technical, vendors, etc. 

Lead internal daily stand-up and weekly resource meetings 

Manage client deliverables and lead weekly WIP meetings to ensure tasks and project requirements are on track. 

Ensure project management software is updated to accurately reflect the status of current projects and tasks.

Manage financial activities including reports, invoicing, and budgets, liaise with sales, finance, and production heads on project budgets and progress including the preparation of weekly WIP documents. 

Prepare project scopes and budgets. 

Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers regarding quotes, specifications, purchase orders, and warranties.
