Responsibilities

  • Implement business plans according to assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

  • Actively seek and develop customer files for hospitals, clinics, and industry partners Healthcare needs to deploy AI and PACS solutions.

  • Maintain and perform customer care work; Ensuring timely and successful delivery solutions according to customer needs and goals.

  • Analyze and forecast customer situations, research the market, and propose necessary countermeasures necessary and timely.

  • Consulting and making recommendations to the development team to optimize products based on customer needs.

  • Support the project implementation team and monitor and handle related issues.

  • Make monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

  • Manage contracts, bidding documents, and related documents. Coordinate and monitor project implementation progress,

  • Acceptance and contract liquidation.

  • Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Requirements

  • University degree in economics, business administration, IT, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar position with medical customers: hospitals, clinics clinics, companies providing medical equipment and solutions, etc.

  • Owns a large customer base in the healthcare industry: hospitals, clinics, and industry partners in Vietnam.

  • Understanding of the market, competitors, consulting skills, and information seeking...

  • Ability to work under high pressure and have a sense of completing plans.

  • Coherent communication skills, good problem-solving skills, and persuasive presentation skills create a positive impression with customers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good English is an advantage.

  • Understanding IT solutions, hospital management software, image diagnosis software, and especially new technologies (AI, data) is an advantage.

Benefits

Working location: District 1, HCM

Salary range: 20-40 mil Gross (not including KPI and bonus salary)
