Responsibilities
Responsible for generating leads based on market research report
Generate leads based on organizational strategy and market research, qualify them using internal resources or external experts
Responsible for sales kit development
Develop service profiles, success stories/ case studies
Create compelling sales pitches
Sell the company’s products and services
Accountable for prospecting and selling:
Prospecting
Develop a Sales approach/ plan then approach potential new clients and turn into increased business
Selling
Prepare proposal and submit
Negotiate and close the deals
Compose, review then negotiate to get the contract signed off
Manage contract/ client’s database/ partners/ suppliers
Manage contract
Monitor contract implementation
Close/ re-new contracts
Manage client’s database
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Manage partners/ suppliers
Other tasks as requested by higher management
Complete all paperwork relating to a sale
Perform research on the competition’s services
Reach out to potential clients to inform them about our products and services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in the accounting field is a good advantage
3-5 years of experience in sales & marketing
At least 2 years of experience in BPO
Experience in software project management and customer requirement analysis is a plus
Have a good network in the accounting / CPA field
Ability to gauge client needs and good connection with potential customers is required
Fluent in English in 4 skills Reading, Speaking, Listening, and Writing (At least C level, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 700 or above)
