The Strategy & Operations (SO) role is designed for high-potential individuals who want to push their growth through real, hands-on experience in the gaming industry.

You will take on a series of challenging, high-impact projects across game-related functions. Each assignment is designed and guided by our senior leadership team - including Country Head and Game Leaders.

You’ll get your hands dirty from day one - working on projects that matter, learning by doing, and being held accountable for real outcomes that impact our millions of players. Over time, you’ll develop a holistic view of how our games are operated and scaled at a leading digital entertainment company.

• Execute critical projects across areas such as game operations, player experience, marketing, and so on

• Work under the mentorship of senior leaders, with project goals and scopes directly crafted by the Country Head & Product Management Leaders

• Handle end-to-end execution: from planning and coordination to problem solving and performance tracking

• Rotate across functions – with each project being designed to be long enough for you to create real impact

• Take ownership of measurable outcomes, often tied to real business results, from revenue- driving campaigns to product feature rollouts

• Learn the inner workings of the gaming business by taking part in the actual running of it

• Receive dedicated coaching and frequent performance feedback to accelerate your development
