Responsibilities
The Engineering Director role leads end-to-end product development across global teams, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients in the US.
Responsible for building high-performing engineering teams, shaping product and technical strategy, and providing client-focused solutions.
Acts as both a strategic leader and hands-on technical supporter when needed.
Lead and grow globally distributed engineering teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders and enterprise clients to align technical solutions with business needs.
Drive product and technical vision, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
Provide technical guidance and hands-on coding support when necessary.
Ensure strong client engagement and represent engineering in customer-facing discussions.
Partner with the CTO to execute the company vision and long-term engineering strategy.
Requirements
Strong in software development, with proven leadership in product-based companies.
Strong track record of managing large, distributed, and senior-level engineering teams.
Deep technical expertise in Python and modern cloud-based infrastructure.
Experienced in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions for global clients.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
Fluent English, comfortable engaging with international clients and executives.
Passion for leadership, with the ability to balance strategic direction and hands-on technical support.
