  • Collaborate closely with customer business stakeholders and external vendors to define project requirements and objectives.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring transparency and accurate forecasting.

  • Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, controlling, and communicating on all aspects of a project within the time, cost and quality thresholds set

  • Facilitates the development of project artefacts and/or any other documentation in collaboration with the project team

  • Facilitates the identification of project resource requirements and works with Project Resource Scheduler to define and construct project teams

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

  • Effectively communicate project status, updates, and milestones to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Facilitates regular core team meetings to review risks, issues and monitors project health and progress

  • Conduct thorough post-implementation evaluations to assess project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards

  • Responsible for managing large sized projects (as described in the Project Profile Matrix) supporting the Delivery Lead in customer engagements for the company

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business management, project management, change leadership, or similar discipline.

  • Over 5+ years in a Project Management role and PMP/Prince 2 Practitioner/ Agile PM/ SCRUM qualifications/certifications.

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a technology or business enablement context.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

  • Experience in tactical and strategic project leadership including taking a customer centric approach in project scope and delivery.

  • ⁠Manages and controls costs to drive financially healthy projects

  • Participates in upselling and presales activities where the appropriate opportunities present themselves.

  • Identifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment

  • Works with Solution Sales on presales activities and getting the scope finalized as required/requested.

  • Responsible for directly managing multiple projects within a Service Practice

  • Manages Senior-level client delivery relationships and resolves conflicts

  • Manages knowledge sharing within the SoftwareOne PMO community

  • Works with Delivery Leads in project risk management and delivery of projects

  • Work with consultants and other delivery partners including those with specialist capabilities to meet project objectives.

  • Provides support, advice and guidance to other Project Managers or Project Team members

  • Provides training to team members and assists them with their professional development

  • Responsible for leading and supporting the project team as required on all live projects

  • Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and reuse requirements of project

  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills. (Bilingual- Native and English speaking)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills, including positively influence others to achieve results that are in the best interest of the organization

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • ⁠Experience in Microsoft Azure, Digital Workplace and Security and other cloud Technologies that cover Advisory, Build and Managed.

Salary range: up to 50,000,000 gross
