Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious and multilingual Sales Leader to join our expanding team. We’re looking for experienced professionals with at least one year of proven sales experience, strong ambition, and the drive to meet and exceed team targets. You will be expected to lead by example, coach junior agents, and ensure daily performance aligns with company KPIs. This is a dynamic, international work environment where communication skills, cultural fluency, and a results-driven mindset will determine your success.

  • Engage with international leads via outbound calls.

  • Guide customers through registration and onboarding on our education platform.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout their customer journey.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and personal sales targets.

  • Deliver a professional and customer-centric experience in line with company values.

  • Coach junior agents and ensure daily performance aligns with company KPIs.

Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Mandarin), or English – mandatory.

  • 1–2 years of prior sales or customer-facing experience – preferred but not required.

  • Proven ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and with empathy.

  • Strong interest in financial markets – an advantage.

  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM systems – an advantage.

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
