Responsibilities
Project acquisition through MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) consultants and liaise with the sales team on solving technical issues and ensuring design intents are met.
Liaise with the sales team and distributor to drive the project execution process from start to finish through 360-degree project support that defines a clear path to clients' satisfaction and revenue growth.
Understand the project's requirements and liaise with Design Hub to set work priorities and ensure the design is optimized. Also, act as a point of backup on preliminary and ProPlanner design.
Prepare and conduct technical presentations to customers, MEP consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors through training and seminars.
Perform a market assessment to understand the market situation, trends, and customers changing technical requirements and needs. And to recommend an improved or upgraded assortment of products in the market.
Provide internal and distributor training to build the country's technical know-how on product, design, and installation. Provide train-the-trainer training to distributors and conduct installers' training.
Use the customer relationship management (CRM) system to its full extent to document all customers' visits, training, and site visit activities.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Engineering
More than 3 years in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing field is a MUST
Dotted line reporting to Country Head of Sales
Good knowledge of MS Office, Autocad/Revit application
Willing to travel within the dedicated region (Travel capacity up to 20%)
Good English skills written and verbal
