Responsibilities
Own end-to-end manual QA for web, mobile, and payment flows (functional, integration, regression, exploratory, UAT).
Plan risk-based testing for releases: scope, estimates, test data/environments, and entry/exit criteria.
Validate E2E flows across frontend, backend, and third-party integrations (incl. multi- country/currency/payment methods).
Perform API testing (Postman or similar) and validate payment lifecycle/failure handling (refunds, settlement, retries, idempotency, webhooks).
Own defect reporting & triage and communicate quality status/risks; provide evidence-based go/no-go.
Improve regression coverage and QA process; collaborate closely with Product & Engineering.
Requirements
3+ years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) in software testing across web/mobile/API.
English communication proficiency at B2 level or above.
Proven ownership of E2E quality for complex features/releases; ability to define risk-based test strategy & release readiness (entry/exit criteria).
API testing experience (Postman or similar): auth, environments/variables, assertions, reusable collections.
Strong web fundamentals (HTTP, status codes, sessions/cookies, devtools/network) and troubleshooting across FE/BE/API/DB/integrations.
Strong bug reporting & triage: clear repro steps, severity/priority, impact, evidence (logs/screenshots/videos).

AI feature testing (prompt regression, evaluation/safety, model/version comparison).
Using AI to support test planning, release-risk summaries, and triage.
Automation experience (UI and/or API).
Extra testing areas: KYC/auth/notifications, performance/accessibility/security, monitoring/observability, PCI-aware practices.
