Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives.

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.

Manage the successful execution of marketing activities including agreed KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness.

Brand management including brand values, brand identity, and governance, brand health

Direct the development of the content marketing strategy to support the ongoing marketing and communications program.

Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.

Understanding of the user segmentation and personas; Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Awareness of the competitive environment and an understanding of how marketing strategy and plans are positioned within this to achieve differentiation; Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends;
