Responsibilities

  • Specify evaluation methods and plan for testing SoC device

  • Define the requirement for test patterns/test programs for ATE suites

  • Communicate with engineers who provide test patterns/test programs

  • Evaluate SoC characteristics by measured results of ATE suites

  • Write detailed technical reports on characterization results

  • Define the requirement of the SoC production test

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital circuit characterization/testing.

  • Fundamental knowledge of the physical properties of digital CMOS circuits.

  • Knowledge to develop SoC production tests.

  • Good communication skills as well as problem-solving skills.

  • Good English communication skills.

*** Nice to have:

  • Knowledge about ATE suites(Advantest/Teradyne), and experience with ATE suites.
