Responsibilities
Helping to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables
Helping to identify risks and issues impacting projects
Taking care of the budget, documentation, staffing, and making sure everyone has a role in the project
Setting deadlines and ensuring that projects remain on schedule
Ensuring the project is sticking to the agreed-upon budget
Leading status reporting and meetings with the client
Managing multiple projects at the same time depending on the size of the project
