Responsibilities

The Japanese Speaking Project Manager should be adaptable to navigating complex project requirements and be prepared for occasional travel to Japan for client and stakeholder meetings. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project milestones, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Proficient in software development project management using traditional methodologies, Agile knowledge is a plus.

  • Possess excellent communication skills in Japanese, with a minimum of N2 level proficiency, although N1 is preferred.

  • Have at least two years of experience in managing software development project with Japanese clients.

  • Willing to learn/understanding the Energy domain.

  • Good English is a plus.

  • PMP Certificate is preferred.
