Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the entire application development lifecycle, from infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to deployment and monitoring. This role needs to communicate with Japanese clients, and work closely with developers and operations teams to delivery the followings:
Provision and configure infrastructure on the AWS cloud.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Cloudformation or Bicep.
Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines (e.g. AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps).
Configure and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement monitoring tools to track the health and performance of applications.
Implement security best practices.
Optimize costs associated with cloud resources.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a major in software development, information technology or related fields.
Experience in working with Japanese customer, and Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required.
At least 3 years of extensive experience of DevOps/Cloud across all phases of the software lifecycle.
Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python).
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker), and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Cloudformation, Bicep).
Understanding of cloud security best practices.
Experience with cost optimization in the cloud.
