Responsibilities
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products and systems. You will perform both manual and automated testing to verify the functionality, performance, usability, security, and compatibility of software features and components. And also:
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications of software products and systems.
Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, test scripts, and test data for manual and automated testing.
Identify, report, track, and resolve defects and issues using bug-tracking tools and processes.
Analyze test results and generate test reports and metrics to measure the quality and coverage of testing activities.
Review and provide feedback on software documentation, user manuals, release notes, and other deliverables.
Research and implement new testing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software quality assurance standards and processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in IT or relevant field High Diploma
Minimum 4 years of experience as QA engineer/ Test Engineer
Experience using dedicated tools such as Jira, JQL, Postman, etc
Experience in one or more following programming languages: Java, C#, javascript/TypeScript, Python
Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Serenity BDD, REST API testing, Cucumber
Knowledge of various testing techniques and the ability to use them in practice
Experience in mobile/ web testing, integration testing (Jenkins/ TeamCity, Maven), Cloud migration testing, or Data integrity testing
Experience in performing usability and/or security tests
Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, test report, basic test metrics)
Team-leading skills
Ability to design test strategy for a project
Proficiency in English (IELTS 6.5+ | TOEIC 880+) or French (B2)

5+ years of working with software/web development teams
Relevant certifications (ISTQB, others)
Experience with Jira and Atlassian tools
Experience handling multiple projects at the same time
Experience working with remote teams
Experience with mentoring junior testers
Phenomenal teammate with a forward-thinking mindset, ability, and confidence to challenge the status quo
Benefits
Working location: Tu Liem, Ha Noi (Possible to negotiate to Hybrid or Remote if there is a good reason)
Salary range: VND 20mil – 35 mil Gross
