MANAGE Software Development Projects including but not limited to Project Planning, Project Budgeting, Resource Management, Risk Management, and Quality Management.

MANAGE project Costs via Estimation and Daily Timesheet.

WORK with the Resource Manager in Japan for Adjustment of Resource Control, etc.

CO-ORDINATE with Technical Architect in Technical Risk/Issue Detection and Management.

CO-ORDINATE with QC Team to Define/Tailoring Software Development Processes, Quality Control processes to Ensure High-Quality Products based on Quantitative Quality standards ( ISO, CMM ).

CO-ORDINATE with other project Stakeholders such as Requirement Definition Team, QC, CC, etc. to make sure that the Projects meet the client's requirements.

ORGANIZE a united team where all team members can Communicate & Contribute to Assigned Activities.

PRODUCE activity reports for all Operations of the team (Daily, Weekly & ad-hoc).

PARTICIPATE in the quarterly checkpoint and annual Evaluation for all Project Members.

PERFORM other tasks Requested by Stakeholders.

MAKE a development WBS and Schedule to ensure Delivery of Product on Time.

DEVELOP and EXECUTE Strategy with the company members for Business Expansion.
