Lead a high-performance team to achieve development goals that meet the company’s quality standards and ensure compliance with all applicable policies, quality requirements, and regulations.

Communicate with both HQ’s business owners, verification team, and agent development team for various activities, including business requirement definition, release verifications, and development.

Ensure the team’s processes and activities are communicated and coordinated efficiently.

Assess priority and manage tasks accordingly.

Foster healthy collaborative relationships with relevant stakeholders with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Develop and maintain front-end web applications using VueJS, NodeJS, HTML5, and CSS3.

Work with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with back-end logic.

Design and implement user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing.

Managing and assigning work to team members.

Report work progress for PM and handle problems that arise within the team.
