Responsibilities
Planning and managing Scrum projects:
Clearly define the scope, objectives, and schedule of the project and propose them in a way that all stakeholders can understand.
Create and manage the project backlog and sprint backlog.
Lead or support sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
Team collaboration and communication:
Facilitate effective communication between the Scrum team and the product owner, and coordinate as necessary.
Report project progress and outcomes regularly.
Quality and performance management:
Define project quality standards and performance metrics, ensuring adherence.
Review project deliverables and manage the approval process.
Risk and issue resolution:
Identify, evaluate, and create response plans for project risks.
Resolve or escalate issues that arise.
Coaching and mentoring:
Coach and mentor team members based on Scrum and Agile principles.
Provide opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
Continuous improvement:
Identify areas of improvement through project retrospectives and implement improvement actions.
Regularly evaluate project processes and tools, proposing improvements.
Documentation and reporting:
Create and manage project documentation.
Create and submit project progress reports and final reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, etc.).
Experience in project management within a Scrum or Agile development environment (5 years or more preferred).
Experience throughout the full project development lifecycle from zero.
Experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or equivalent certifications.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.
Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Team player, able to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
Fluent in English.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English or Japanese.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Knowledge about the progress and risk management of Agile projects.
Ability to teach and guide team members and other stakeholders on the principles of Scrum and Agile.
Ability to solve complex problems and remove barriers in projects.
Desire to identify and drive opportunities for process improvement.
Ability to manage project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence
