Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Test the product using a comprehensive strategy, plans, and execution.

  • Create automation scripts and optimize those scripts.

  • Recommend new tools, techniques, and methodologies for testing and software delivery.

  • Use our framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing, and Security and Penetration Testing. Present technical documentation for peer and development review.

  • Work with agile development methodologies, best practices, and continuous learning opportunities.

  • Handle work challenges with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and pressures.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Work with scrum teams to resolve technical issues in the product.

  • Lead regression testing based on technical analysis, complexity, and reusability.

  • Troubleshoot issues in existing applications and communicate outcomes for sponsors, project leaders, and clients.

  • Work well independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and cope with pressure.

  • Follow the agile test and development methodologies (SDLC) using best practices in Scrum, TDD, BDD, Git, Jira, etc.

  • Collaborate across time zones via Teams, SharePoint, GitHub comments, documents, and video conferences.

  • Communicate relentlessly with the team, manager, leadership, and sponsors to ensure transparency.

  • Effectively work on multiple concurrent projects and with multiple competing priorities.

  • Propagate an environment of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master of Higher Degree in a related field.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/ MS Degree

  • At least 3 years in Linux system administration, and Java coding

  • Experience conducting server troubleshooting and fixing system errors (High CPU Utilization, 404, 505,...)

  • Experience Config Jenkins/ Kubernetes, and writing automation scripts

  • Proven experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience in programming languages like Java, .NET, and C#.

  • Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, JMeter, Playwright, and Azure Load Test.

  • Proven experience in UI and/or API-level test automation.

  • Experience with The Secure Software Development Framework (SSDF) and adherence to Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) methodologies.

  • Experience with web service technology like JSON, ReactJS, XML, REST, and SOAP.

  • Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in Financial CRMs and Web Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies.

  • Ability with web performance infrastructure (CDNs, caching, reverse-proxies) and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).

  • Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active and collaborative participant in code reviews.

  • Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.

  • Good command of English

*** Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning is a definite plus.

  • Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality, and reliability.

  • Must be extremely detail and technology-oriented and have excellent communications skills.

  • Experience in collaborating with global teams to lead QA initiatives is a definite plus
