• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems

• Extensive experience in at least one server-side framework: Python, Java, PHP, Ruby on Rails, etc

• Strong Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, and software architecture

• Database expertise: deep understanding of database systems, schema design, query optimization, and data modeling

• Networking knowledge: solid understanding of network protocols, API design, and secure communication

• Full-stack awareness: familiarity with modern web architecture and frontend technologies, and how components interact across the stack

• Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality systems

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills, able to discuss technical topics, and collaborate effectively with international teams
