Responsibilities
Design and develop robust Python-based systems to process and enrich large-scale structured and unstructured financial datasets.
Collaborate closely with quantitative researchers to transform raw data into high-quality, analysis-ready datasets that fuel signal research and trading strategies.
Build and maintain validation and monitoring tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Automate software development workflows, including testing, deployment, and performance monitoring, to improve system reliability.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to data infrastructure and toolsets used by global research teams.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Python development experience, especially in data-intensive environments.
Strong proficiency with NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation and analysis.
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, APIs, or services for data-driven applications.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Familiarity with working in Unix/Linux environments and distributed systems.
Exposure to or interest in financial data, market signals, and quantitative research workflows
Experience with tools such as Docker, CI/CD pipelines, caching, or queuing systems is a strong plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
