Responsibilities
This is a hands-on frontend role for an early-career engineer who cares about building clean, usable interfaces. You will build the dashboards our customers and MSSP partners use to manage identity risk - in React and TypeScript, working from a Figma design system with tokenised components. You will work closely with our Technical Lead and learn quickly in a high-bar team. We expect you to use AI coding tools to move faster, and to review what they generate with a critical eye.
Build UI features in React and TypeScript - dashboards, data tables, forms and visualisations for our admin and MSSP consoles.
Translate Figma designs into code, using our design tokens and component library to keep the UI consistent.
Connect the frontend to backend APIs, handling real data, loading and error states.
Care about quality: responsive layouts, accessibility, and clean, reusable components.
Use AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor) to draft, refactor, and debug - then review the output critically.
Collaborate with design and backend to ship features end to end.
You’ll work with (and learn):
Core: React + TypeScript, modern HTML/CSS.
Design system: Figma, design tokens, component libraries; data visualisation for dashboards.
Integration: REST APIs from a Python backend; authentication flows (OIDC/SAML) at a high level.
Tooling: Git, CI/CD, and a modern frontend build setup.
AI engineering: Claude Code, Codex or Cursor in the daily workflow.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience, or a strong portfolio demonstrating React work.
Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and core web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, the DOM).
An eye for detail and a feel for clean, usable interfaces.
Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI coding tool (Claude Code, Codex or Cursor).
Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and work in a small team.
