Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team in Hanoi. This role requires a bilingual professional who can bridge Vietnamese and French business cultures while identifying and securing top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have an established network within Vietnam's tech community and experience working with French companies or in French-Vietnamese business environments.
Source, screen, and recruit qualified technical candidates (developers, engineers, tech leads, project managers, business analysts, QA engineers, etc) through various channels.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates within the Vietnamese tech ecosystem.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics.
Conduct initial interviews as needed.
Evaluate candidates against technical competencies and cultural fit criteria.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
Maintain detailed documentation on candidates and recruitment metrics.
Represent our organization at tech events, meetups, and university recruiting initiatives.
Understand the specific recruitment standards of French Tech companies.
Stay current with tech industry trends, hiring practices, and talent market conditions in Vietnam.
Reporting to: CEO and Country Manager
Requirements
Fluent in Vietnamese and French (C2 level or better).
3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, particularly for software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
Demonstrated experience working with French companies or in Franco-Vietnamese business contexts.
Established candidate network within Vietnam's tech community.
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the IT industry.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and requirements.
Preferred:
Experience with international tech recruitment.
Knowledge of French business culture and recruitment practices.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs.
Background in technical fields or demonstrated ability to evaluate technical skills.
